User Agreement
This User Agreement defines the terms of use and rules of our Service. This document is a public offer in accordance with applicable law.
Registration on mavery.finance means your consent to all terms set out in this User Agreement.
The Service is not responsible for information about our Service published on websites other than mavery.finance. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transfer of exclusive rights to the Service (or its elements) to the User.
IMPORTANT: The Service is not a cryptocurrency exchange. See section “Mistaken top-up”.
Key terms
- User — an individual aged 18+ who has registered, uses the Service, and accepts this Agreement. By accessing and using the Service, the User represents and warrants they are at least 18 years old and have not previously been blocked from the Service.
- Service Owner / Administrator — Mavery Limited.
- Service ("Service", "mavery.finance", "we", "us", "our") — software available at mavery.finance that enables the User to use the provided functionality, including bots for automated trading on cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Bot(s) — software programs and algorithms used for automated trading on cryptocurrency exchanges.
1. Risk disclosure
1.1. The User understands that any trading and investment operations involve high risk.
1.2. The Service Owner cannot guarantee profit and is not responsible for theft of the User’s funds on the exchange, as we do not have access to Users’ wallets.
1.3. The User understands possible financial losses, including direct losses and lost profits, resulting from trading and investment operations when using bots.
1.4. The Service Owner is not responsible for exchange technical issues, theft of funds from exchanges, exchange account blocks, incorrect exchange API operation, exchange bankruptcies, user mistakes, and strong or prolonged price moves.
1.5. The Service is provided “as is”. The Service Owner does not guarantee any specific performance or returns; bot results depend on many factors, including market volatility, volume, liquidity, and bot settings.
1.6. All settings are available to the User. Settings are described in the FAQ at mavery.finance. The User chooses settings independently and is responsible for losses caused by improper or aggressive settings.
2. Rules of use
2.1. The Service operates on our servers 24/7. The User does not need to install special software.
2.2. The Service stores and accepts User funds; such funds are used solely to pay for the services of this Service.
2.3. The Service interacts with the User’s exchange account via API solely on the User’s instruction for placing orders.
2.4. Trading in different Mavery accounts using the same exchange account is prohibited and may be treated as having multiple accounts.
2.5. Accounts with violations may be blocked and funds frozen.
2.6. Simultaneous login into different Mavery accounts linked by the referral program is prohibited and may lead to removal from the referral program.
2.8. In case of violation of this Agreement, the User’s account may be closed and funds frozen.
2.9. The Service is not responsible for exchange technical issues, theft of funds, blocks, incorrect API operation, bankruptcies, user mistakes, and strong or prolonged price moves.
3. Payment for Service
3.1. Payment for the Service is made using the account balance. The balance is denominated in USDT.
4. Mavery account balance
4.1. The balance cannot be negative.
4.2. The balance can be topped up using the cryptocurrencies listed on the top-up page via any of the listed networks. Assets are automatically converted to USDT at the rate at the time of top-up. The available list of coins and transfer networks may change without notice to the User.
4.3. The balance is non-refundable except in cases of mistaken top-up (see Refund Policy).
4.4. In addition to mistaken top-ups, referral-program earnings are payable.
4.5. A top-up means the User purchases internal digital accounting units (“Mavery Credits”) used exclusively to pay for Platform functionality. Mavery Credits are granted in full when credited; they are not electronic money, a deposit, or an advance payment for services.
5. Mistaken top-up
5.1. Mistaken top-up means topping up the Mavery account instead of the exchange account.
5.2. Refund of a mistaken top-up is made upon support request within 7 days from the top-up date. Requests made later will be declined.
5.3. A $10 processing fee applies to mistaken top-up refunds.
6. User restrictions
6.1. Balance manipulation via affiliated accounts is prohibited.
6.2. Using third-party software to interact with the platform servers is prohibited.
7. Copyright
7.1. The website contains intellectual property owned by the Service Owner, its affiliates, and other related parties.
7.2. The content and structure are protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP rights. No rights are transferred to the User by using the website or entering into this Agreement.
7.3. When quoting materials, the User must provide a source link.
7.4. In case of infringement, the Service Owner may claim compensation for damages including lost profits.
8. Dispute resolution
8.1. The parties shall take all measures to resolve disputes through negotiations.
8.2. Pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory. Response time is 10 calendar days from receipt of the claim.
8.3. Unresolved disputes shall be settled in court at the Service Owner’s location.
9. Final provisions
9.1. The Service may amend this Agreement without prior notice.
9.2. Either party may unilaterally terminate cooperation. The User may stop using the Service by deleting API keys on the relevant exchange websites.
